Also what I haven't seen people talking about is the other changes he made to student loan repayment that are NOT affected by the SC ruling. IE He halved the required payments for the income based plans from 20% of "Discretionary Income" to 10%. And if that isn't enough to cover the interest, the government will be picking up the tab on that interest now instead of it being added to the principal.
